เกจวัดแรงดันลมดิจิตอล has gained a contract to deliver 14 giant submersible motor pumps for flood management in Paraguay.

The KSB pumps will equip a quantity of pumping stations belonging to the “Costanera de Pilar y control de inundaciones” challenge. They might be used to prevent future flooding in the course of the high-water season alongside the tributaries of the Río Paraguay.
The metropolis of Pilar is positioned 230 km south-west of Paraguay’s capital Asunción, on the Argentinian border.
Each of the Amacan submersible motor pumps weighs six tonnes and is pushed by a 370 kW, 380 volt motor. The maximum flow fee of every axial move pump set is about 18 000 cubic metres per hour.
The pump units are anticipated to be delivered by the top of this year.
