A horrifying incident unfolded within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region as a person armed with a sword invaded a house and dedicated a brutal homicide. Law enforcement is now actively reviewing CCTV footage and questioning witnesses to piece collectively the stunning sequence of events.
Don’t worry took place around 5pm on August 28, in a single-storey house near HCK Trading and Processing Limited, located in Soi Sukh Sawat 70, Alley 21, Bang Kru Subdistrict, Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province. The residence, resembling a pavilion, is located behind the corporate premises.
The deceased, 35 year previous Somboon, was found murdered close to the doorway of the home, his body riddled with sword wounds, particularly on his neck. His clothing was soaked in blood. Signs of struggle were evident inside the home, with blood splatters all round the ground and partitions.
The victim’s nephew, who works at a close-by factory, reported that 5 individuals lived in the home, all of whom have been out for work when the incident occurred. Around 2pm, his girlfriend returned residence to search out Somboon tinkering with some electrical home equipment.
Leaving for less than ten minutes to fetch an merchandise from the manufacturing facility, she returned to seek out Somboon murdered, lying face down, his physique lined in blood from sword stabbings.
Upon reviewing CCTV footage, a suspect named Wut, a friend of the deceased, was recognized. The footage confirmed Wut parking his unregistered bike on the house’s entrance, brandishing an extended knife or sword and entering the house the place Somboon was murdered. Moments later, he was seen operating out and rapidly speeding off on his bike.
Wut and Somboon worked together putting in floodlights. The motive behind Wut’s horrific actions remains unclear, but the victim’s nephew shared that Wut was allegedly informed by an anonymous call that Somboon was seen talking to Wut’s wife. This might have presumably led Wut to believe that Somboon was attempting to seduce his spouse, triggering the murderous act out of jealousy.
However, the reality behind the allegations is yet to be confirmed. The police are currently conducting a manhunt for Wut to convey him to justice.
